HI Lorrie - Thank you for the update and HELP link. If i understand this material correctly,I am very concerned that numerous individuals (all owners/approvers, etc.)have the ability to create the guest access link. At this time, we do not allowuse of guest access. How can we remove the ability to create guest access links and assign to only those with higher level permissions? We feel this is a security and safety risk for the organization. I would appreciate if you could share more information on the subject about security and how there can be some limits set. @Barbara Gordon Hello Barb! Thank you for your question and I understand your concern. Only Site Administrators can generate the Guest Access link, which gives access to search and view the library. The Read Only share link gives access to view a specific policy only and nothing else. Please reach out if we can assist further!
